Unusual reefer on the OPR

I saw this rather peculiar reefer on the Oregon Pacific Railroad earlier today. Ex-UPFE reefer, on one side heavily vandalized, but the reporting marks were completely painted over. On the car ends as well. However the large UP herald is showing through the paint, and a smaller UP herald is on the opposite end.

But on the other side of the car - it's completely yellow, with no trace of prior history, owner, reporting marks, etc. It looks like it was painted yellow, and then the lower part of the carbody was repainted again (to cover up graffiti?)
