Amtrak and the rock truck

Amtrak #11, the Coast Starlight rolls through Aromas, California about an hour late today. An aggregate driver stopped to watch the Starlate pass by and we chatted about how crappy the economy has been. He's been only doing about 2 loads per day. Kinda the same with UP's non existent freight trains on the Coast Line.
