Hi!

This line is extremely important:

Thirty people run this brewery, about half the number that would be required in a less technologically advanced facility.

So, if Coors stays at the same volume, they will not need the Golden facility (which I assume is the "not advanced" one) once the new plant is up and running. Maybe they will send concentrate to Colorado to be mixed with Mountain Spring water? :-)
