The best part of all of this is the very idea that THINKING people understand that accidents can happen, and those same people have come together to manufacture some very laudible improvements in the event of an ACCIDENT.

Meanwhile, back at BNSF, it's still "ALL ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE. NO INJURY IS ACCEPTABLE"

If that pie-in-the-sky dreaming were really true, then there would be no need for CEM equipment.
