OPR 1413 question for shortline sammie

Congrats on your "new"unit. I noticed an item in the photos of your control stand that I can't seem to figure out what it is. It is the little box on top of the brake valve stand below and to the right of the radio (havn't seen a radio like that in years) the little box has an idiot light on its face and a meter of some sort---is it an add on air flow meter with a PCS indicator?? Was I close? Thanks in advance for your reply. (BTW, what shows and movies have been filmed on your lines??) Thanks.
