Freericks,

Thank you so much for all those images! I enjoy your work.

The BNSF Gensets picture on the Harbor Line brings me back to my childhood days of growing up on Manhattan Beach Blvd. a 1/2 east east of where it crosses the railroad tracks. I remember seeing many Santa Fe blue and yellow car-body units and trains with red cabooses during the late 60s through the 70s.

The UP Gensets on the old PE line also brings back memories when I used to attend a foreign language school near those tracks when I was in grade school. It was fun seeing the SP switchers bring a car to Crenshaw Lumber. ...If only I knew how to use a camera back then...
