The Disney California Adventure Zephyr is largely an original recreation. No passenger cars were used. What you see was created specifically as building fronts. The only part of the train that was reused was the cab of the F-unit and front truck. It was originally an F9 and came west to represent the WP Zephyr.

However, the Zephyr is not long for the park as plans call for the entire Sunshine Plaza area of DCA to be replaced in the coming year. The cab and some elements of the train have been requested by various groups for preservation, but no decision has been made as of yet.
