What I read is that they're still accepting bids on all the units listed. The web site states: " Montana Rail Link is accepting bids on the following material. Montana Rail Link reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids. Current as of: Wednesday, September 22, 2010"

Did you possibly get confused with the "Bid Deadline" being "Until Sold"?
