That photo of the 4449 is a real "grabber', particularly since Carl and I were on that train having ridden from Minneapolis to Portland just about one year ago as I write. It was a trip of a lifetime--you just can't imagine how it was to see the tracks lined all along the way across the northern part of this country with people and whole schools out to see this marvel of engineering of a day long gone-------it was magical and that photo is magical.
