Yes. The H-12-44's first were built in a carbody much like the H-10-44's. Then they were simplified (no curved fillets, etc.), and finally were shortened but are taller (the final phase). The first image is a middle phase unit without outside handrails. The second pic is the same phase but with outside handrails specified. The last pic is the last phase unit.

All H-12-44's, but different in the details.
