Those two bay BNSF hoppers go to Lane Mountain Company in Valley, WA, on the BNSF. They are for sand loading. If you see any on the KFR trains (happens fairly regularly), they were sent up on interchange by mistake, and are usually sent right back to the BNSF on that night's interchange run. Many of the ore gons are looking pretty tattered, due to all of the local artists' efforts in the big cities of Washington and up in Vancouver, BC. If you've seen one in fresh paint, it probably won't last long. The only chip car business is currently out of Arden, a company called Mountain West.
