If one recalls correctly, Caltrain and the Joint Powers Board have made it rather clear that they do not wish any private car operations, especially with alcohol, either in special trains to or from San Francisco or even parked at the depot.

So no specials or party trains for Giants fans along those lines. Even if the World Series came to town.
