Amtrak was still using several baggage cars like these at Seattle's King Street Station about a year ago.
In days of old only REA (Railway Express Agency) carts had red wheels, and green woodwork. Railroad owned were often painted a solid color. Illinois Central a light brown. Great Northern were Sky Blue to keep up with the "NEW" immage!
