That 70's train show continues.

I have loved the comments and threads on the Completely Reliable Universally Dependable switch engines, the Southern Pacific SW1500s. But, it is time to move on and up the 70s roster, to the MP15s.

Southern Pacific MP15 2691 is near the engine house in Watsonville Junction, California, February 1975.

Southern Pacific MP15 2692 sits at Bayshore Roundhouse, San Francisco, CA in February, 1975. The new EMD is keeping the FMs company.

An older scan shows brand new Southern Pacific MP15DC 2696 at Bayshore Roundhouse, Feb. 1975.

Corrections, comments and more information is appreciated.
