SP stacker in the weeds (WAF can you ID?)

Here's a shot of an SP stacker (or is it SSW) at this point, passing through Relay Station in East St Louis, IL on November 4, 1986... exactly 24 years ago. As they say that every cell in your body is replaced over a seven year period, this was taken by a 3 and 1/2 times ago me.

WAF, if you are reading... you've helped me in the past with symbols on pics from 1978. Any chance you have the symbol on this one? I'm completely guessing, but wouldn't it have originated in LA?
