Fair enough, that place has a deserved reputation. Last year, my son & I visited Ken
Stevenson who retired off of the NP/BN/MRL and I asked him about that very subject and
got a very affirmative "you bet". However on the 2007 trip with my friend, we did not
see or hear even one. I spent several hours right at the old Milwaukee bridge and my buddy
took a hike up toward Cardinal. It was a warm late summer day.
