Very nice as usual, Steve.

In a previous thread about SP's RS-11s and RSD-12s, it was mentioned about the radiator shutters being removed while the units were assigned to the T&L Lines. The RSD-15s also received the modification, and you can clearly see that in these photos. Eugene can get pretty cold during the winter, and I've always wondered how they were able to keep the radiator water at a reasonable temperature.
