There are at least three of these export sites in the works by various companies, all about this capacity, all HEAVILY OPPOSED BY ENVIROMENTALISTS that are lobbying nationally on the grounds they will promote global warming. These sites could add hundreds of railroad jobs in the northwest and help keep Stampede Pass alive as well. Thank you for posting this here and I hope many people will add favorable comments so that these can be built in the next ten years (after all the ecological appeals take place that is probably the timeline we are looking at.) About the time Boardman and Centralia get shut down.
