I remember working in the Livingston diesel shops in the early 1970's
the BN rented the SP century Alcos for needed power on helper trains.
As it turned out most of them failed on the Boseman hill for crankcase
overpressure,so they were limited to flat land use. Not quite what they
expected them to do.
