Have transit agencies overbuilt?

"The $325 million operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1 takes into account a 15 percent service cut that took effect this week and assumes an additional 10 percent service cut in the fall and a January fare increase."

Funding cuts

It'll be interesting to see how many of the new LRT systems can sustain funding when a recession happens.
