Is a Metro-North "Westside Access" in the cards?

New York's MTA is now constructing the East Side Access for Long Island Rail Road trains to serve Grand Central Station. Upon completion of this project, is it contemplated that some Metro-North Hudson and New Haven line trains might serve Penn Station via Amtrak trackage?
