This is not unusual. The last few times I've taken number 11 it's been early into Sacramento by as much as an hour. There's obviously a good deal of recovery time in the schedule. One result is that Amtrak seems to permit an 11 to 6 transfer at Emeryville again. The time I had to get off 11 in Sacramento before 6 a.m. and wait around until almost lunch for 6 is not something I really want to remember even though I did get a bit of exploring done.
