Forgot to mention, there is a horrible fence at Shops, which makes it very difficult to get pictures of any value. Used to be a shorter fence you could stick a camera over, but now it's well over ten feet tall, and a small mesh.

If you go there and any one of the three locos mentioned are not there, it has to be out on the line. Only part that you wouldn't be able to see it is if it's gone into the Port Huenme Naval Base.
