George, I assume you mean Whistle Stop Trains on Division Street in southeast Portland.

From Portland Union Station, you can walk right across the street to catch the MAX Green Line in front of the Greyhound depot. Take the Green Line east and get off at Division Street, where you can transfer to the eastbound #4-Division bus, which then goes right by the front of Whistle Stop. Just reverse your trip to return to Union Station. Both the Green Line and the #4 bus run on about 15-minute headways.
