Sierra Railroad Update

A few Weeks (months?) ago it was reported that Sierra Pacific was going to reopen the mill at Standard. Haven't heard another word since. It was also reported that the propane dealer in Sonora was no longer shipping by rail and that the Sierra was operating east of Oakdale "occasionally". (Not sure what other shipper there is up there besides the mill at Chinese) Does anyone have any insight into current status and operations of the SRR??
