Tacoma Union Station, 33 Years of Change

I found another pair of images that will overlap in space and time! Both of these are by my Father, Frank Thompson. NP 2601 June 1951, and Amtrak, June 1984. Note the row of trees in the upper left and the amount of growth! A recent photo would show much more change in the intervening 26 years, the tracks are gone, a new freeway runs through here, the upper parking lot is filled with museum, etc.
