I, too, was shocked and saddened to hear of
Jim Boyd's passing. I really enjoyed and
appreciated his breezy, slangy writing style.

I think I met him once, out here in CA, at
CSRM during Railfair 91, I think it was. What
a wonderful person he was! He will truly be missed.

(I would really enjoy hearing any and all "Jim
Boyd stories" any of you have to share.)

RIP, Jim, and clear greens all the way.
