Amtraks 8 and 28 are on the move; 8 looking late. Amtrak 7 has fallen off the map due to service disruption. High avalanche danger in the mountains right now, localized flooding. Trains are getting dog-caught or tied down out in the boondocks east and west of Spokane. Some crews simply being picked up by passing trains due to shortage of shuttle drivers.
