BGCM/W&I question?

Drove Hiway 12 in Idaho today, is the BGCM going all the way to Kamiah to service the reopened mill?? What is being unloaded out of the BNSF covered hoppers at Arrow Jct. and where does it go? Does the BGCM and the W&I still share management and employees, or have the operations parted company? Does the BGCM and STMA really share common ownership these days, or does Potlatch corp. still own the STMA? Thanks in advance to those who take the time to reply!!
