Locomotive at Progress Rail-Tacoma (formerly CEECO)

There has been a locomotive at Progress Rail (formerly CEECO) and it looks like same locomotive that Amtrak Cascades have.

It has been parked in the large tube so you can only see part of it but it now inside one of the buildings.

Yellow and Blue, number is 2007 I believe.

On the side of it PACKS A PUNCH, and underneath that, Stay Away Stay Alive.

Anyone know which railroad owns it? Also, in the previous message about CEECO, the BNSF 1600 is still sitting in the BNSF yard in Tacoma. Someone painted over the BNSF logos and put GN 1600 on the side.

Progress Rail seems to be busy, I see lots of freight cars coming in/out of there for repairs. The Alaska Railroad switchers are still there too. There have been some MRL units that look like they were repainted there.
