Metrolink Parking

I'm back in SoCal and will be commuting on Metrolink to Downtown L.A. starting next week. I'm trying to plan on what hours to work and trains to take. Does anyone know how early the parking lots at Norwalk and/or Fullerton fill up ? I have already purchased daily parking permits for Norwalk, but may want to use Fullerton on occasion. I'll probably end up using Buena Park whenever it opens.
