Unusual Starlight Power

SB Coast Starlight went by Oakland Coach yard around 10:45 this (Tuesday) morning led by a Norfork Southern freight engine and one Amtrak engine. A few minutes later an engine pushing a deadheading Amtrak baggage car left the yard to be added to the train at the Oakland stop. This is the second time recently that I've seen a baggage car added to the end of the SB train
