The big shipper is the cement plant in Davenport. Used to be Lone Star, but now is something like Cemex. 10 to 15 coal hoppers every trip, plus some other raw materials on occasion, and 10 to 15 covered cement hoppers. 1 or 2 spine cars of lumber for Lumbermens (San Lorenzo Lumber, until recently) sometimes go along, then get spotted either at the wye in Santa Cruz or on the SLL spur just a bit west of 41st in the Live Oak area. The cars left at the wye are hauled up to Felton by the Santa Cruz, Big Trees & Pacific. If a particular day's train is unusually long, a cut of cars may be left on the pass at the old Wrigley's plant on the west side of S.C., between Swift St. and Western Drive. The Big Creek Lumber yard in Watsonville may still get traffic too, but I don't know if the Davenport job takes care of them or not. Hope this helps.
