Change to Amtrak California logo/paint scheme

I saw a CTDX car on a Capitol today that looked fresh like it was released from Alstom not long ago (didn't get the number). The "Four Arrows" logo was replaced by the blue and green Caltrans "CT" logo.

Based on recent schedules and brochures, it would appear as if the "Four Arrows" logo has been done away with. There is also no trace of the logo on the Amtrak California website. New artwork also shows the Caltrans logo on the F59's although none of the units currently sport the new logo.
