Amtrak Ca. car at the Roseville hump this evening

Saw the 8008 "Cowachilla Valley" on the hump lead this evening. There was some sort of label affixed to on of the upper level windows and some chrome trim around another. Viewed as the evening train to Auburn blew by at its' usual 79 MPH. Damaged and headed for a maintenance facility?
