UP "Bare Bulkhead" Train

Spotted heading westbound on the UP Kenton Line through NE Portland around 11 AM today (Feb. 25) -- a 75-car solid train of empty center-bulkhead lumber cars behind AC45CCTE #5612 and SD70M #3970.

Is there anyone out there who may know the details about this move? I'm wondering if these were cars that had been in storage and were now returning to service.
