If the NCRA doesn't tone down its claims about how many cars will be rolling thru Novato and for that matter Cotati, there won't be any trains for years when the lawsuits arrive for injunction relief. I don't understand why they need to tout there will be 60 car trains rolling through those towns at 25-30 mph.
