Maybe the trail folks should spend their time soliciting funds for the project.

I think that once reliable freight service reaches Windsor; the demand for service north to Willits will drive the investment and cause potential demand for service to justify the eventual rail restoration to the north.

I suspect this trail movement is one that is geared to stop transportation alternatives from reaching the North Coast and changing the economy from underground to more mainstream.
