TCRY has had a very good working relationship with the UP, and still performs the car forwarding from Richland Jct out to the industries in Richland. UP/TCRY performs all of the refigerated car service and their relationship also appears to have strengthened as I have not seen/heard the local BNSF job in recent weeks.
For several months, the number of cars on the UP/TCRY trains have increased while I have seen BNSF run numerous time with only one tank car, or nothing at all.
