From what I got Amtrak has suspended all trains between Seattle and Portland until 20:30 Seattle time tomorrow 12/16, BNSF is slow at all points checking the condition of right of ways and looking for washouts and mudslids. Container facilities with power and staff are operating but delays with departures are common.
