It'd have to be a REALLY big fire (read: hazardous materials plume) to affect the mainline, as there is a siding, Front Avenue, and a parking lot separating Gunderson from the mainline.

There is one small building that Gunderson uses that is between Front Avenue and the BNSF mainline but it was not involved in the fire.
