Traffic in FRC

I have the opportunity to take a quick railfanning trip in the Feather River Canyon in the next few weeks and was wondering what the current traffic levels are? I will have my three boys with me and want them to have a great time. Does anyone know how many trains per day there are or have any recommended locations? Thanks
