It looks you used the "Insert URL" button (looks similar to a globe], but did not add a description. The tool works better if you add a description.

Generally, you really don't need to use that button at all. Just paste the link on its own separate line.

Before you post the message, use the "Preview" button to see what your post will look like. You can then test your link and correct it, if necessary, before posting.

The "Insert URL" button is most useful if you want to give the link a different title than the URL itself. See the post by [Margaret (SP fan)] for an example of this. If you are going to use this button, fill in the description field. It doesn't appear to work properly otherwise.
