Excellent news Elizabeth and welcome to Portland Oregon. One of the facts about our 115 year old Union Station is a dire lack of electical plugs in the public areas.........oh darn, Amtrak Marketing (Rose Blackson) has arranged for you to broadcast from our Metropolitan Lounge as it has some electrical outlets.....Let's work on getting some words from Doyle McCormack on the air......

If anyone is in the greater Portland area, dispite the forecast of some(not a lot)of rain this
will again be an excellent free event. Come on down and see what a Starlight and Builder sleeper really looks like, or the SP4449 or Chris McLarney's UP caboose to name just a few of the manny, manny attractions. 10 to 4 Saturday. Ride the yellow or green MAX line.....or..
$3 parking at the Station Place garage next door.........tooo wet to mow the lawn!!!
