Idaho fires, BGCM, CSP log flats now PCC

I've been seeing quite a bit on the boob tube about fires near the Lewiston and Grangeville areas of central Idaho, but the dots on the tv maps are pretty general, any of these fires near the former CSP Grangeville branch and have any of the bridges been lost? Saw that one of the motor car groups was to tour the line earlier this summer, any progress on reopening this line or the Headquarters branch? Saw some photos on another web site that showed CSP log flats recently relettered PCC, have they been relettered for service or just to get them to the scrap yard under their own power?
