You don't mention how old she is. But whatever her age, she certainly deserves a lot of credit - At the very least!

I am still running Firefox 3.6.17. Because I am perennially behind schedule and can never afford the time to figure out show-stopping problems; I have been putting off the upgrade to Firefox 4; until I see from others how buggy it is, and how, or if, it can be fixed. It's a kind of an "If it ain't broke - don't fix it!" policy.

But the fool thing nags me incessantly. Perhaps just for S&G, you could persuade her to post on here how she did fix it in your case - and all that stuff. Her experience would certainly help all of us - and would be much appreciated.
