UP trains into Portland, I'm 98% certain, used NP-GN-UP double-track line.
Train of Tomorrow was gone sometime in the early 1960s; certainly gone by 1966.
The last regular passenger trains over the Prairie Line by Fort Lewis were also the last branch line passenger trains in western Washington: NP's Seattle-Tacoma-Olympia-Aberdeen-Hoquiam local, usually an old motor car in its final years--ended 1956.
