Pacific Rail Society Special on "The Loop" Apr 2, 2011

April 2nd, 2011, Amtrak "Retro" unit #156 is Westbound on the Tehachapi Loop heading for an overnight stop in Bakersfield and return to LA the following day. The train was a reincarnation of springtime specials once run by the PRS. Stupidity would force my return to San Jose that night eliminating my planned Sunday chase of the return trip.
