Great question, been wondering about that myself. Hear it when I visit Spokane, UP trains say "calling anyone with track breach protection between Napa St and MP 6" three times over the radio when traveling in either direction on that portion of the Spokane Sub. MP 6 is the yard limit board, BTW.
