Just a heads up for anyone planning to chase this weekend. SR 14 between Vancouver and Stevenson has construction with one lane controlled by a traffic light just east of Cape Horn at Salmon Falls road, which along with the weekend traffic will make it very difficult to get ahead of the train. Makes I-84 between I-205 and Cascade Locks look better
